The chocolatier Tristan Carbonatto entrusted the construction of his new chocolate factory to Bat-mann. The craftsman felt kind of cramped in the different premises he occupied at Bougy-Villars. He therefore decided to build a new building more suitable for the manufacture and sale of chocolate. The workshop will be completed by a floor of housing. The RTS Colors local show introduces us to this chocolatier of excellence, whose reputation has largely crossed the cantonal and national borders.
