Our concerns to concretize this transformation were:
1. The respect of the new energetic norms: - reinforced insulation on the envelope (facades, roof, windows, basement) - future connection to the centralized heating of the city - drawback of approximately 5% of the total cost per "The Building Program"
2. Adaptation of the existing volume to introduce modular office space
3. Architecture adapted to the existing environment (city center)
4. Make a maximum of parking spaces on the terrain Only the supporting structures have been recovered. The entire project has been refurbished with modern techniques. The budget and deadlines were naturally respected.
