Transformation and renovation, 1630 Bulle (FR)
The transformations of the existing building were made for:
- Adaptation of the attic for a new drafting office for BAT-MANN Constructions SA
- From the old offices, we realized a program of 10 student studios by modifying as much as possible the existing structure
- Respect for new energy standards with new windows, insulated facades including roof and basement
Our project in the city center including the transformation of the building Bourgo 2 is a success. Thank you to all the people involved.
