The adaptation of the closures (doors for staff and goods traffic), and the separation of the rest of the building by secure fences were necessary to accommodate a tenant with high security requirements for the storage, packaging and distribution of its pharmaceutical products . The floor was also coated with a new layer of resin, the sprinklers fitted into the high-rise storage and a security alarm was installed. This work took place under very tight deadlines and we appreciated the availability and the efficiency of the planning as well as the supervision of the works and the costs by Bat-Mann Constructeur Intégral SA.
