Change of assignment:

When a building changes users, it is essential to update the interior space to optimize daily use, as well as the envelope of the building to improve its energy performance.

According to the needs of the operating company, the interior of the building has undergone organizational changes (wall movement, floor repairs, new fire evacuation plan, painting renovation ...) and a general upgrade of the building external insulation (insulation of the flat roof , insulation of visible facades and buried facades, change of windows, replacement of the boiler room).

After 6 months of active operation, the positive balance of the renovation works proves that even a healthy building of about forty years can be adapted to the current needs to improve function, safety and energy features.
